Enrollment Session for Students Admitted from Waiting List

July 10, 2015

Families of students who were previously wait-listed and have received notification of enrollment should bring their child to the school, located adjacent to the Walker Memorial Baptist Church at the above time, July 10.  In order to hold your child’s seat, you must bring a copy of  the child’s birth certificate and one proof of address for the legal guardian(s) of the child (recent rent statement, utility bill, or a New York State driver’s license). You must also bring to the church your child’s immunization record and his/her IEP, if applicable.

If you do not attend this enrollment session—Friday, July 10— your student will be taken off of the Accepted Students list and we will take another student from the wait list. If we do not receive your child’s proof of address, your student will be taken off of the Accepted Students list.
