Fall 2017 Session: Yalow Yellow Birds Family Support Graduation Dinner

We are holding a graduation dinner for our Yellow Birds and families who completed the 10-week Family Support Center sessions. Parents and their students have met every meeting Thursday evening with counselors from Mosaic Mental Health Association at the school immediately after school dismissal. We are extremely proud of the students and their parents who attended all 10 fall sessions, which began October 12. Parents have been learning stress management and discipline techniques, while children have been practicing social skills in a supportive environment.

The Family Support Center is run by a team of clinical professionals from the Mosaic Mental Health in partnership with the Rosalyn Yalow Charter School.
